Epilogue

We call the sun ‘Integrity’, and Integrity is our God for the simple reason that He is always up and doing His job and has never slept; therefore, he is never letting us down, ever. When our sun sets here in Akasha, it moves down to Earth and rises there. We know that the sun has not left us entirely but simply separated from us physically, for in our hearts, Integrity is always with us.
Like a white candle burning bright, so was the faith of this nation, our trust in Integrity was so unflagging that even after His departure, we had no complete nights here, only twilight, for our spirit produced the positive light that we needed to maintain until His return.
My mother said that most people began to notice the existence and gain trust of Him during their infant years, most often than not, when the child’s mother or father pulled back the drapes to welcome in the new day. Or when the child was taken out for a walk and the warmth of Integrity’s gently touched the child’s skin. In whatever form He may have presented Himself to us, it is a guarantee that we will all see and experience Integrity.
As the child grows a little older, and notices that there is something more to Integrity than just providing light and warmth, they will begin asking their parents questions in search of answers and their questions will be answered in return, by a story.
A story that has been re-told from generation to generation about the start of our nation, the reasons for our ways, and why we initially chose to follow Integrity.
But the thing is this-some, if not all, of the stories have been lies. Over time, the legend that was once timeless became watered down and rewritten. Bits were snipped out, parts were recreated and eloquently arranged until eventually the entire story of how we carried on and how we ruled became an unfortunate hallucination, or, should I say, a mere folktale.
I’d like to give my mother’s truthful but blunt, philosophical response to the story that I am going to tell. She refers to this as similar to the story of why and how the nose of the Sphinx was blown off- referring to the fact that BOTH stories have become vague to today’s generations, despite their importance.
The diluted story of the true importance of Integrity concerned the elderly who lived in the day of old, when times were ‘good’. They mumbled their concerns amongst the few who were willing to listen to the ‘truth’; I was one of the few who listened.
Time when on; and just as a noble legend on Earth tends to fade away with time, so did our legacy. Our customs faded, but all of this erosion started from within their minds. My people’s faith withered first and then inevitably our world chiseled away as well.
Today, the exercised beliefs of our nation have been concluded as the ‘right’ way of honoring Integrity, but this is far from the truth. All they are doing is following the old doctrines, traditions, customs, and ways they have been taught; no longer knowing in depth to why it is done. Thinking that just by executing their rituals, Integrity will honor and make their life okay.
The sooner we understand why we do what we do, it is then we'll be able to develop the opportunity to choose for ourselves whether or not we believe in the importance of Integrity or whatever it is we are searching for!
When and if our nation begins to recognize or accept that there is life beyond their world, it is then when they will be able to gain-no, excuse me, RE-GAIN control of our government.
A people with promising potential and lack of sound judgment and direction leaves a window open for both good and evil to take consideration in investing their time into convincing the unsighted to their side.
A mind made up can be dangerous, a heart wanting to willingly accept the right way, but needs to see the depth and overlay of each rationalization before the gavel is dropped down is vital. Such as a presidential election, sometimes you just don’t know who to choose until the moment you go behind the veil. But the thing is, until you make that final decision, both sides will be vying for you:
It is said that a person who can continuously make sound judgment has the pursued possibility to rule a nation. It is people like this whom we keep under deep surveillance until the time is right to strike, because someone like this can be detrimental to the side not chosen.
